Keith Fuller

After living in Binghamton for many years Gail and I rented a big truck and moved what would fit on the truck to San Diego in 1991 to get away from the cold and overcast.

I worked my whole career in various aspects of the energy industry. In Binghamton I was a manager at New York State Electric and Gas. After moving to San Diego I changed jobs six times, moving back and forth between a consulting firm and various start-up companies of Sempra Energy.

In September 2010 Joanna and Scott had a son Ethan, and in September 2012 a son Lincoln. In early 2011 Joanna and Scott bought a house only six doors down from us in Tierrasanta ("Holy Land" in Spanish), a San Diego community.

Usually we are at our cottage near Binghamton in the fall, when the leaves change.

Hobbies: bicycle riding, dancing, bowling, travel, reading, guitar

When I was treasurer of the honor society we decided to run a dance as a fund raiser. I tried to find a time after a basketball game, but no luck. So we had to schedule it after a wrestling match. With our champion wrestling team it turned out to be the best turn-out and most profitable dance we had seen anyone run.

My best times in high school were acting in plays. But then they put on Brigadoon and I could not sing at all, which I thoroughly proved in the audition. So they made me the bartender, with no singing required.

A friend and I received honor passes to be able to roam the halls one time. But we were able to fake it and use the passes repeatedly until we graduated.

On November 22, 1963 our band was practicing in the church across the street. I was sent back to the school to fetch something. That is when I found out that Kennedy had been killed, and I brought that sad news back to the band.
